    Store Associate – Part Time

     

    Wage: $15/hr

     

    A locally business in Dubuque is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Store Associate to join their team. This is a part-time position offering 20-25 hours per week, including some evening and weekend shifts.

    Store Hours:

    + Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    + Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Deliver friendly and professional customer service in person and over the phone

    + Receive, process, and prepare packages for shipment

    + Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system

    + Operate all necessary store equipment and software

    Requirements:

    + Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs consistently

    + Availability to work Monday through Saturday, with flexibility for evening shifts

    + Strong communication and customer service skills
