FULL-TIME POSITION ON 1st SHIFT. Hiring bonus $500.00 after 90 days for new hires.

**Education:** High school diploma or GED preferred

Certifications:** **Forklift, if necessary

Minimum Qualifications

+ **Comfortable with using computer (email, data entry, and touch screens for equipment)** **Introductory Level:** **Primary focus is learning the process**

+ **Successful completion of introductory period (6 months)**

+ **Understands, accepts, and supports vision and key business goals**

+ **Supports and demonstrates a well-organized, safe and clean workplace**

+ **Basic understanding, support and commitment to the team and continuous improvement**

+ **Resolves the problems at the lowest level possible**

+ **Able to properly inspect, load and unload the paint system**

+ **Able to properly prepare parts for the paint system (sanding, plugging, eye bolts, etc)**

+ **Able to load, unload and operate the burn-off oven**

+ **Understand and follow the work instructions and quality standards for the department**

+ **Have a basic understanding of documentation (examples include ISO, Windchill, Kanban, and TKSs)** **Qualified Level:** **Primary focus is performing the essential duties of the position**

+ **Understand kanban systems and their elements (including the FIFO supermarket)**

+ **Able to demonstrate the ability to operate the sequencing computer system.**
