    We are seeking a motivated and reliable **Bilingual Customer Service** **Representative** to join our team in **Greensboro, NC** . The ideal candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule. This role primarily involves assisting truck drivers who call in with various truck-related issues.

    Shifts:

    8am-5pm

     

    12pm-9pm

     

    12am-8am

    Compensation:

    Pay rate is $20+ per hour, depending on experience.

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat.

    + Address inquiries and resolve issues related to truck problems, ensuring customer satisfaction.

    + Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

    + Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and efficiency.

    + Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.

    Qualifications:

    + Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.

    + Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.

    + Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a high call center environment, is preferred.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and overnight shifts.

    + Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
