•Monitor, troubleshoot, and adjust building automation and control systems to maintain environmental conditions within critical spaces.
•Inspect, test, and repair air handlers, chillers, boilers, pumps, valves, and heat exchangers.
•Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support system reliability and process control integrity.
•Maintain detailed service logs and ensure adherence to safety, GMP, and company standards.
What You’ll Need
•High School Diploma, GED, or trade school certification required; additional technical or HVAC certifications preferred.
•Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on HVAC experience in commercial, critical, or GMP environments.
•Knowledge of controls systems, pneumatics, steam systems, and chilled/hot water piping.
•Ability to work 12-hour rotating night shifts (7 PM – 7 AM, two days on / two days off).
