    Job Description

    The Business Card Solutions Relationship Analyst is the key partner between the sales organization and underwriting/operations teams. This role is responsible for understanding, communicating, and ensuring the accurate collection of all financial requirements needed for application submission. Builds sales team knowledge and confidence through proactive training, clear communication, and ongoing process updates.

    Key responsibilities:

    + Serve as a subject matter expert for financial documentation requirements related to applications.

    + Partner with sales team to provide guidance, training, and support in complecting complete financial packages.

    + Conduct deal reviews to ensure all financial components are accurate and complete prior to submission.

    + Respond to questions, clarify requirements, and assist with escalations to streamline the application process.

    + Collaborate across business lines to improve understanding and compliance.

    + Provide ongoing updates on process changes, best practices, and training opportunities.

    + Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying common challenges and recommending solutions.

    Basic Qualifications

    - Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

     

    - Typically 10 or more years of related experience

    - Considerable knowledge of assigned business line or functional area

     

    - Strong organizational and analytical skills

     

    - Thorough knowledge of project management

     

    - Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data

     

    - Demonstrated leadership skills

     

    - Master's degree preferred

     

    Location Expectations

     

    _This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location(s), while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days._

    The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $94,010.00 - $110,600.00
