    Job Description

    Responsible for maintaining working knowledge of trust and investment products, including but not limited to trust, agency, retirement, non-profit, and custody accounts. Has general understanding of applicable laws and regulations, including OCC Handbook requirements, fiduciary principles, and Uniform Trust Code. Assists with compliance reviews and manages compliance exceptions when required. Assists with internal and external reviews, exams, audits, and any other required testing. Works with examiners and/or business partners to ensure accuracy in responses and documentation.

     

    Assists with business line projects related to regulatory, servicing, and/or legal requirements. Actively involved in the development and implementation of business line procedures. Assists in the development of compliance programs if required. Assists with bringing account-level issues to resolution in coordination with business line partners. Reviews, maintains, and completes reporting requirements and coordinates with business line partners as necessary to drive completion.

    Basic Qualifications

    - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience

     

    - Eight to ten years of related experience

    Preferred Skills/Experience

    - Thorough knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulations

     

    - Thorough knowledge of the products, policies, operations and procedures related to the business unit

     

    - Strong organization, analytical and project management skills

     

    - Strong planning, implementation and negotiation skills

     

    - Effective interpersonal, verbal and communication skills

     

    - Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

     

    This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

    The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $98,175.00 - $115,500.00
