    The Day Program Director is responsible to supervise and support staff, to complete required administrative tasks and to actively participate in the planning and delivery of program services to each individual.

     

    Agency Minimum Requirements

     

    Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets the agency’s insurance company driving standards. Must successfully participate in Orientation and pass all required testing.

    DAY PROGRAM DIRECTOR

    JOB SUMMARY:

    The primary responsibility of this position is to provide a quality day program experience for the service recipients while ensuring their health and safety. Additionally, the Day Program Director is responsible to supervise and support staff, to complete required administrative tasks and to actively participate in the planning and delivery of program services to each individual. All Venture staff are expected to embrace the philosophies Camp Venture adheres to including Person Centered Planning and the Direct Support Professional (DSP) Core Competencies.

     

    The Day Program Director reports to the Director of Day Habilitation Services.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of two-year experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

     

    Position # 411-12

     

    Salary Range: $60,406.00 – $62,402.00 per year

     

    Monday – Friday 7:45 am- 3:45 pm

     

    Hours: 40 hours per week
