    Position Summary Provides oversight, direction, and leadership for 2 Primary Care Practices#owned and operated by Granville Health System and Granville Health Inc. Develops and executes strategic plans and operational improvement strategies across the physician practices for primary care or specialty care. Essential Duties # Responsibilities Include: Engages with Practice Managers to design and implement policy and procedures in accordance with GHS policy, as well as compliance measures for assigned physician practices.# Oversees all non-physician staff within the practices, including fostering positive relationships with all providers.# Evaluates and designs procedures and documentation to support the workflow and operations across physician practices. Identifies, develops and implements solutions to improve the patient experience, operational benchmarks, quality of care and efficiency in the practices. Responsible for financial performance of the practices, as well as accountable to Administration for overall performance of physician practices. Engages with Chief Ambulatory Officer to review the financial performance of the physician practices including financial planning, budgeting, establishing proformas and completing service line analysis.# Provides organizational integration of health system in the physician practice setting. # Qualifications Bachelor#s degree in healthcare administration or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of education. Certification in physician practice management (i.e. CMPE, CPPM) preferred. Minimum of 5 years# experience in medical practice management. Experienced in all aspects of medical office administration. Must possess knowledge and expertise in managing physician practices in conjunction with GHS policy and procedure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Negotiation and change management skills. Must possess critical thinking, decision-making, and problem solving skills. Ability to evaluate and design practice operations, policies and procedures. Must have solid financial acumen and statistical analysis skills. ##
