In this role, you will enhance the productivity of CoStar Group employees by serving as the primary point of contact for telephony-related information and issue resolution. You will diagnose and resolve problems involving enterprise voice systems, including VoIP, PBX, call routing, and unified communications platforms such as Avaya and Microsoft Teams. Support will be provided via telephone, email, remote tools, and hands-on assistance across global office locations. Exceptional customer service is essential, and success in this role requires being a self-starter, a skilled troubleshooter, and a clear communicator. You will manage multiple tasks simultaneously, often under time-sensitive conditions, while collaborating with service providers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication experiences. This position is located in **Arlington, VA** and offers a schedule of Monday to Thursday in office with the option to work remote on Friday. R** **esponsibilities + Provide guidance, assistance, coordination, and follow up on user questions, problems, or malfunctions of all communication applications + Provide support to users in offices across the world via remote assistance tools + Assist in user account administration, including onboarding. + Document problems and solutions in the ticketing system and wiki repo + Contribute to knowledge base development for recurring issues and support documentation. + Inform management of potential problems and identify problem trends + Troubleshoot user phone/communication issues + Work with service providers to support troubleshooting issues + Provide support to technicians and other engineers working projects, trouble tickets, and system failures. + Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff or specialized teams as needed. + Develop configuration and maintenance procedures + Able to communicate effectively with other contacts in order to make projects successful + Any other duties and special projects as assigned B** **asic** **Q** **ualifications + Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited, not for profit university or college + A track record of commitment to prior employers + 3+ years of experience in corporate IT, Service Desk, or Telecom support roles + Experience supporting enterprise systems + Proficiency with Windows 10, macOS, and Microsoft Office 365, including O365 administration + Experience supporting Active Directory, Azure, and Windows File Permissions + Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP and DNS, especially in relation to VoIP and telephony systems + Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills + Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment P** **referred** **Q** **ualifications** **A** **nd** **S** **kills + Ability to troubleshoot issues with H.323 and SIP + Experience with moves, adds, and changes within a communication solution + Experience supporting mobile devices such as iPads, iPhones, and Android phones + Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft MTA/MCSA) or telecom-specific certifications What’s** **in it for** **Y** **ou When you join CoStar Group, you’ll experience a collaborative and innovative culture working alongside the best and brightest to empower our people and customers to succeed.
