As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol an automotive location, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting with access control, and providing exceptional customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity or potential problems encountered during patrols.

+ Work closely with Allied Universal management and site personnel to address security-related concerns specific to the automotive environment.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of activities, observations, and/or incidents as required by site procedures.

+ Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and/or vendors encountered during patrols to provide assistance and information as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Must be at least 21 years of age.

+ Experience in a primarily driving post is preferred.

+ Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
