    As a **Security Officer - Front Desk Driver CRE** in **Miami, FL** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a premier commercial real estate location, you will play a key role in providing a welcoming presence and delivering exceptional customer service to all visitors and tenants. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access, responding to inquiries, and supporting security-related protocols to help to deter incidents. In this stationary post, you will be the face of security-related operations, embodying our values of teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach. This position requires a valid driver's license in the job state, as it is a driving post.

    What You'll Do:

    + Greet visitors and employees in a professional and courteous manner while monitoring access to the location.

    + Follow site-specific policies and procedures to help maintain a secure environment at the front desk.

    + Respond to incidents and/or critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

    + Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting individuals as needed.

    + Monitor security-related systems such as cameras and access control at the front desk, reporting any unusual activities.

    + Document observations and incidents in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.

    + Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, communicating clearly with building management and emergency services.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.

    + Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

    + A minimum of 5 years of security-related experience is required.

    + A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

    + Customer service experience is preferred.

    + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

    + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

    + Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

    + Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

    + A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
