    Our client, a leading organization in the sales operations and customer support industry, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join their team.

     

    As a **Sales Support Specialist** , you will be part of the sales operations department supporting field sales teams. The ideal candidate will have **strong communication skills** , **attention to detail** , and **a proactive approach to problem-solving** , which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Sales Support Specialist

    **Location:** Waukesha, WI (Remote – Milwaukee area strongly preferred)

    **Pay Range:** $22.84 per hour

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Serve as the main liaison between the field sales team and internal departments to ensure accuracy and timely completion of sales processes.

    + Create, edit, and process quotes, orders, and change requests efficiently.

    + Manage documentation and workflows to meet customer commitments.

    + Coordinate with cross-functional teams to close workflows and resolve issues proactively.

    + Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales operations performance.

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or field sales support.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    + Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

    + Proven ability to problem-solve and resolve issues independently.
