    Our client, a leading legal services provider, is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their team. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be part of the legal department supporting complex civil litigation cases. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, excellent courtroom presence, and the ability to manage legal matters independently and collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Litigation Attorney

    **Location:** Feasterville, PA (Remote work options available)

    **Pay Range:** $125,000 - $150,000

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Represent clients in state and federal courts, arbitration, and administrative hearings

    + Handle all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, trial preparation, and courtroom advocacy

    + Develop litigation strategies and manage case documentation efficiently

    + Advise clients on employment contracts, workplace policies, and labor disputes

    + Represent clients in employment litigation, including wrongful termination and discrimination claims

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

    + Active and in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar

    + Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, with exposure to business and real estate law

    + Strong understanding of corporate transactions, IP law, and employment regulations

    + Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills
