Our client, a leader in records management and document handling services, is seeking a dedicated Record Center Specialist to join their team. As a Record Center Specialist, you will be an essential part of the Records Management Department supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Record Center Specialist

**Location:** Springdale, OH

**Pay Rate:** $18.00 per hour

**Shift:** Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What's the Job?

+ Process all types of incoming and rush work orders from Client Services, including scanning barcodes and locations.

+ Investigate and resolve discrepancies in orders, manifest, bundle, and prepare shipments.

+ Scan incoming containers, files, and tapes daily, and notify supervisors of any issues.

+ Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring safety procedures are followed.

+ Maintain accurate paperwork, inspect equipment, and perform audits as scheduled.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ One to two years of experience in a warehouse or physical environment, or service industry.

+ Skilled in operating a forklift and/or pick lift.

+ Strong communication and basic computer skills.

+ Ability to lift 20-50 pounds routinely and operate necessary equipment safely.
