**Location:** Buffalo, NY

**Pay:** $25-30+/hr

**Schedule:** Full-time, 1st shift, M-F, 7am - 3:30pm

_What You’ll Do Day-to-Day_

+ Weld and fabricate structural components for custom-built filtration skids

+ Work with aluminum, stainless steel, and other metals using TIG, MIG, and stick welding techniques

+ Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise builds

+ Inspect welds and structures for quality and compliance

+ Collaborate with engineers and fabricators to meet project specs

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workspace

+ Mentor junior welders and contribute to team success

_What You Bring_

+ 3+ years of structural welding experience

+ Proficiency in TIG, MIG, and stick welding

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Physical ability to handle heavy materials and work in a dynamic shop environment

+ Welding certifications are a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
