Job Title: Site Superintendent
Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Site Superintendent with 5–7 years of experience in environmental construction and remediation. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong understanding of technical plans and the ability to manage field operations efficiently.
Responsibilities
+ Interpret specification drawings, plans, and technical documents accurately.
+ Direct and supervise craft labor and subcontractors on-site.
+ Calculate material quantities and perform takeoffs with precision.
+ Ensure project execution aligns with safety standards, timelines, and budget.
+ Coordinate daily site activities and communicate progress with project managers.
+ Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and remediation protocols.
Essential Skills
+ 5–7 years of experience in environmental construction or remediation projects.
+ Proven ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
+ Strong leadership and communication skills.
+ Proficiency in quantity takeoffs and field documentation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ OSHA certification and familiarity with environmental safety standards preferred.

Work Environment
The position requires an in-person interview in Santa Ana office. You will work on-site, managing field operations with a focus on commercial and remediation construction projects.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Orange County/San Diego, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
