    Join our dynamic team in a warehouse environment with a close-knit group of 20 employees, including 10 dedicated individuals on the first shift. Our facility is a hub for parts essential for truck repairs in the field and supplies for various manufacturing facilities. You will play a crucial role in picking parts using an RF scanner, either up to 20 feet in the air or on the ground with a push cart. The position involves handling weights averaging 40 lbs, with occasional team lifts required for up to 80 lbs. Flexibility is key, as you may assist with packaging, unloading trucks, and putting parts away as needed.

    Responsibilities

    + Pick parts using an RF scanner both on the ground and at heights up to 20 feet.

    + Handle parts with an average weight of 40 lbs and up to 80 lbs with a team lift.

    + Assist in packaging, unloading trucks, and stocking parts as required.

    + Maintain inventory and ensure accurate part placement.

    + Support team operations by adapting to various tasks based on demand.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with RF scanners.

    + Comfortable working at heights up to 20 feet.

    + 1+ year of previous warehouse experience.

    + Reliability and consistent attendance.

    + Basic material handling skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with forklifts.

    + Previous experience as a cherry picker.

    + Experience with inventory management and packaging.

    + Previous experience in shipping and unloading.

    Work Environment

     

    You will work in a warehouse equipped with racking systems reaching up to 20 feet, requiring comfort with heights. The facility operates two shifts, with the 1st shift running from 7 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday, and the 2nd shift from 12 noon to 10 pm.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Appleton, Wisconsin.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.61 - $22.00/hr.
