At our Fort Worth Distribution Center, we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as **Warehouse Apprentices** , an entry-level opportunity designed to build your skills and launch your career in supply chain operations.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:

+ $20.00/hr.

+ Benefits start after 30 days

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH:

+ Follow all Nestlé standard operating procedures related to Safety, Quality, Operations, and People

+ Participate in structured training and mentorship to learn how to operate powered industrial trucks

+ Load/unload trucks, stage product, and manage inventory in warehouse racking and staging areas

+ Pick and assemble mixed product pallets for customer orders

+ Lift/carry up to 35 lbs. frequently and up to 65 lbs. occasionally

+ Operate computer terminals and barcode scanners to execute job duties

+ Conduct inventory control activities including cycle counts and physical verification

+ Maintain a clean and sanitary work area

+ Process damaged product and perform recoup sorting

+ Perform general housekeeping and equipment maintenance tasks

+ Demonstrate regular, on-time attendance and flexibility to work overtime as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

+ Must be a minimum of 18 years of age

+ High School Diploma or GED (preferred)

+ Previous warehouse/forklift experience not necessary but helpful

SKILLS:

+ Basic command of the English language (reading, writing, and speaking)

+ Basic Math including counting, addition, subtraction, and multiplication

+ Basic computer knowledge and use

+ Ability to communicate and function in a team environment

+ Ability to troubleshoot basic problems and take appropriate corrective action
