Job Title: Assembly Technician

Job Description

Join a dynamic team producing composite building materials used in various infrastructure settings such as data centers and generator farms. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in constructing essential components for these environments.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble rails, stairs, and treads for walkways using clips, bolts, nuts, and brackets.

+ Utilize measuring tape and speed square to align components accurately.

+ Interpret blueprints to determine build specifications.

+ Operate electric and air-powered tools, including Miter saw and band saw.

+ Input lengths and dimensions into a computer for auto measuring on tools.

+ Glue certain parts together as required.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in using tape measures and rulers.

+ Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Motivated with a desire to continually learn, especially in custom fabrication and general fabrication.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in custom fabrication is a plus.

Work Environment

Work in an organized, climate-controlled environment with the option for voluntary overtime. The first shift runs from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. While you will be on your feet all day, the workspace remains clean but can get warm when bay doors are open during the summer.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miamisburg, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50/hr.
