             Job Summary and Responsibilities In keeping with Marian Regional Medical Center health care philosophy, under direction of the Cancer Center Director, the Receptionist/ Scheduler registers patient accounts, prepares scans records, and submits charges. Follows-up on rejected, returned claims due to errors and denials due to charging. Demonstrates computer and data entry proficiency. Performs daily charge reconciliation process. Researches and resolves late charges. Problem-solves technical billing issues. Performs logical analysis of charges. Willingly performs other duties as assigned by Supervisior/Manager.
