Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team in Burbank, California. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in managing media distribution and supporting operational workflows. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment while collaborating with industry professionals to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality content.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for addressing and resolving affiliate inquiries and support requests in a timely manner.

• Coordinate and execute delivery schedules for distribution planners, ensuring affiliates and MVPDs receive accurate communication.

• Manage the communication of takedown alerts and high-priority programming updates to affiliates.

• Oversee the delivery of content packages, including ads and promos, ensuring timeliness and accuracy in all manual and automated processes.

• Confirm the successful delivery of entertainment programming assets as scheduled by programming teams.

• Monitor and maintain the steady operation of digital media delivery systems, resolving any issues promptly.

• Generate and manage daily reports for metadata, encoding data, and advertising performance metrics.

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to troubleshoot and resolve delivery-related technical issues.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company protocols for media distribution and packaging. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in media packaging and distribution.

• 3-5 years of experience in media distribution, television operations, or a related field.

• Familiarity with broadcast/cable television, studio operations, or post-production workflows is highly preferred.

• Expertise in audio/video file formats, codecs, bitrates, frame rates, and electronic delivery technologies.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong technical aptitude with media systems.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required. Innovation starts with people.®
