Job Opportunity:
•Construction Project Coordinator
Are you an organized, proactive team player with experience in the construction industry? A reputable and well-established company is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team! This key position involves overseeing administrative responsibilities, supporting project and sales teams, and ensuring efficient coordination of daily project tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage phones, mail, and shipping needs.
+ Order and maintain office and breakroom supplies.
+ Handle incoming bid invitations by downloading documents and preparing files for estimates.
+ Assist sales and project teams with day-to-day requirements.
+ Process contracts and change orders efficiently.
+ Maintain and organize project paperwork in both physical and electronic formats.
+ Request insurance and bonds in adherence to contract requirements.
+ Update and manage the CRM system, including purchasing and change order requests.
+ Coordinate freight logistics for smooth project operations.
+ Maintain the sample library up to date.
+ Compile comprehensive project closeout documentation.
Requirements
Required Knowledge & Skills:
+ Proven experience in the construction industry or relevant administrative roles.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
+ Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
+ Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
+ Ability to multitask effectively while prioritizing tasks.
+ Proactive, self-motivated, and excellent time management capabilities.
+ Collaborative team mindset paired with strong problem-solving skills.
