Description We are looking for a skilled IT Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to lead strategic initiatives and oversee the delivery of technical projects within detail-oriented services. The ideal candidate will thrive in an Agile environment, leveraging their expertise to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder satisfaction. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they meet established timelines and objectives.

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to optimize team performance.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables, maintaining clear communication throughout.

• Utilize Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence to track progress, manage workflows, and document project updates.

• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to address potential issues proactively.

• Ensure alignment between technical teams and organizational goals, fostering collaboration and efficiency.

• Prepare detailed status reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting progress and addressing challenges.

• Manage resources effectively to balance competing priorities and ensure project success.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes and methodologies.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT project management within services requiring attention to detail or a similar industry.

• Proven expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies, including facilitation of Scrum ceremonies.

• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.

• Proficiency in using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage risks effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
