We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LIVE-IN Caregiver to join our team at Always Best Care Senior Services - Dallas . The Caregiver provides assistance and support to our clients in their daily activities, promoting their independence and well-being. Responsibilities: * Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. * Providing medication reminders and assistance with medication management. * Preparing and serving meals according to dietary restrictions. * Assisting with mobility and transferring clients. * Ensuring a clean and safe environment for clients. * Engaging in conversation and providing companionship to clients. * Monitoring and reporting any changes in client's condition to the appropriate supervisor. Requirements: * At least 3 years of experience as a caregiver or in a similar role. * Two professional references required  * Reliable transportation, Car Insurance and a valid driver's license. * Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. * Proof of a TB test taken within the last year showing clear results * Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients. * CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training a plus Benefits: * Competitive compensation of $330.00 per day. * 6am Sunday to 6am Wednesday  * Health, vision, and dental insurance for eligible employees. * New Hire and annual training. * Responsive 24/7 admin staff. * Supportive and collaborative work environment.   About Us: Since 1996, Always Best Care has been a trusted provider of non-medical in-home care and assisted living placement services.
