    What You’ll Do:As an Automotive Service Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering expert service and repairs that keep our customers safe and satisfied.

     

    + Perform repairs and maintenance with speed and precision, following Subaru and Lithia standards

    + Diagnose vehicle issues and recommend solutions

    + Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

    + Road-test vehicles to verify repairs

    + Accurately document work performed and time spent

    + Maintain your own set of essential mechanic tools

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Prior automotive repair experience preferred

    + ASE and Subaru manufacturer certifications are a plus

    + A team player with a customer-first mindset

    + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
