             Job Title: Logistics Coordinator Job Description Join a dynamic and growing team as a Logistics Specialist within a leading Transportation Operations team. You will play a crucial role in managing daily freight movements in and out of North American fulfillment centers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a rapidly expanding area, where your expertise in transportation and customer service will be highly valued. Responsibilities + Support freight operations by ensuring smooth shipments. + Analyze data to improve efficiency and eliminate defects. + Communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues. + Execute processes to meet standard work expectations. + Develop performance metrics to drive business results. Essential Skills + Strong background in logistics and operations. + Excellent customer service skills. + Ability to coordinate between multiple parties for optimal customer service. + Exceptional communication skills. + Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment. + Experience in freight, transportation, supply chain, and dispatch. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Operational and logistics experience is beneficial. + Experience with customer and vendor relations. + Ability to deep dive and problem solve effectively. + Experience in using Paragon and phone work with shippers is advantageous. Work Environment Hybrid, M/F WFH, Tue-Thurs on site Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, Georgia. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
