    Primarily remote however must live in Texas area or be willing to relocate

    **Work hours:** Full-time, Days (Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm) for 40 hours

    Here's What You Need

    * Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Technology Management, Information Management, Clinical, or Business (Required)

    * 8 Years Administering an enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow/CA production environment, including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI configuration, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items, reports, and updates. (Required)

    * Experience working directly with customers to understand their business needs and facilitate the translation of those business needs into a set of systematic specifications for configuration in ServiceNow. (Required)

    * Experience integrating CMMS with third-party tools (Required)

    * Experience with CMMS patch and version upgrades and implementing related best practices. (Required)

    * IT-ILC - IT Infrastructure Library Certification within 12 months (Required)

     

    What You Will Do

     

    Under the direction of Healthcare Technology management Support Manager, the Sr. Applications Support Engineer is responsible for supporting applications and systems used by HTM employees, with emphasis on the HTM Service Management system ServiceNow. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, conducting business process engineering tasks, systems analysis, requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing, as well as responding to End User Computing (EUC) tickets and creating technical documentation. The SAA works to continuously enhance their skill sets in interpersonal relationships, software engineering practices, and processes. The SAA recommends and implements systems development standards, operating procedures, tools, and technologies. The SAA works in a collegial manner with customers, internal teams, and management to achieve results. Some overtime and weekend work may be required to meet deadlines or respond to emergencies.

     

    + Build of applications as needed to meet user requirements for new and optimized workflows in designated applications and systems. 50%

    + Communicate with customer, project team and vendors in a timely manner, with little or no supervision, in the analysis and design of business and critical requirements for new and optimized applications and system workflows, as well as ensuring secure and stable architectures are in place.

    + Diagnose failures encountered in application software related to technologies. Participate in the resolution of problems and issues associated with installed applications and related healthcare technology management.

    + Maintain an awareness of vendor and industry developments and plans in area(s) of responsibility, communication, and documentation of all relevant items and activities.
