Marketing Automation Specialist

6 Month contract to hire

40 hours a week, paid weekly

Hybrid: Dallas, TX or Raleigh, NC or Neenah, Wi - Must be able to work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 remote) and adapt to executive schedules

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

+ 5+ years of experience in marketing automation - hubspot

+ Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade email marketing tools

+ Strong understanding of email lifecycle strategy and campaign development

+ Ability to lead end-to-end campaign processes including segmentation, scoring, and testing

Nice to Haves:

+ Experience with integrations (Salesforce, Databricks, APIs) is a plus

+ Experience with Marketing Cloud

+ Familiarity with AI-driven campaign models

+ Consulting agency esp or mindset

+ HTML and email design principles

+ Strategic thinking and career growth orientation

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $39.00 - $45.00/hr.
