    What You'll Do:

    + Act as primary point-of-contact for candidates, second only to the respective executive recruiters.

    + Schedule confidential interviews and People & Culture Business Partner / Hiring Manager activities.

    + Manage candidate and hiring team expectations through the interview process on the protocol and next steps.

    + Support the Executive Recruiting team in maintaining and updating open requisitions in SuccessFactors & other SAP tools.

    + Execute on and deliver bi-weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to our North America and Latin America leadership teams.

    + Create executive-level presentations and market mappings.

    + Participate in important project work related to executive hiring and delivering exemplary candidate experience for our executives.

    What You Bring:

    + A Bachelor's degree required, while a Master’s degree in HR or Industrial-Organizational Psychology is highly preferred.

    + 2 - 3 years of professional experience, ideally with direct executive coordination & support experience to senior-level executives.

    + SAP organizational knowledge and experience is highly preferred.

    + Detail-oriented and analytical; process oriented; creative.

    + Good interpersonal communication, time management, problem-solving skills, and executive presence.

    + Ability to network with senior-level executives and team members.

    + Proactive team player able to work well under pressure.

    + Ability to work on own initiatives as part of a virtual team; capable of working independently upon receiving proper instruction and guidance.

    + Strong verbal and writing skills in English.

    **Compensation Range Transparency** : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 69,800 - 152,300(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
