Description:
Bachelors or Masters Degree or technical institute degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
Experience
1. Minimum 7 years of high-tech industry, product engineering and/or IT work experience with demonstrated knowledge in ServiceNow platform architecture, design, software development, and systems integration in multi-platform environments.
2. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
3. Strong experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, including:
• Application architecture and data models
• Integration Hub and Integration Hub Custom Spokes
• Service Portal and Catalog design
• Workflow and Flow Designer
• Performance Analytics and reporting
4. Experience translating customer requirements into detailed architectural approaches and ServiceNow product specifications, creating realistic development plans and schedules.
5. Experience with ServiceNow product modules, including ITSM, SPM, IRM, ITOM, BCM, or similar enterprise modules.
6. 3-5 years of experience architecting and implementing enterprise platform solutions that integrate with multiple systems.
7. Experience evaluating and prioritizing requests for product changes and enhancements, and working with cross-functional teams.
8. Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, including ITIL best practices.
9. Experience with API integrations, web services (REST/SOAP), and middleware technologies.
10. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of Florida Department of Transportation systems.
11. Experience with ServiceNow governance, release management, and change control processes.
