    We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Transportation Aide to join our nursing home team. This role is essential in helping residents travel safely and comfortably to medical appointments, therapy sessions, and activities.

    Requirements:

    + Must hold a valid Illinois CNA license

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to assist residents with care and mobility during transport

    + Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused

    Responsibilities:

    + Safely transport residents to and from appointments, activities, and outings

    + Provide assistance with transfers, mobility, and comfort during transport

    + Ensure timely and efficient scheduling of transportation needs

    + Support the care team in promoting resident dignity and independence
