About the Role Lenovo’s Cloud & Software business is seeking an Associate Product Manager, AI Processes as part of our Fresh Grad Program. This position sits at the intersection of product management, AI innovation, and process transformation. You will work to modernize software product management practices by integrating AI‑powered tools and workflows across a global software ecosystem supporting the SMB segment. You will help build the next generation of Tier 1 software product management processes by applying AI technologies—such as Copilot, ChatGPT —to accelerate requirement delivery, improve stakeholder alignment, and enhance scalability. You will also receive hands‑on, on‑the‑job training with Lenovo’s product management experts to strengthen your technical and strategic leadership skills. Responsibilities + Drive adoption of AI‑powered tools to optimize end‑to‑end product management workflow efficiency. + Collaborate with product teams to design, train, and manage AI agents specializing in software product management competencies aligned with Lenovo’s business practices. + Partner with global stakeholders—including product owners, engineers, and business analysts—to capture requirements and shorten software delivery timelines. + Build and maintain business documentation, feature roadmaps, and sprint artifacts using JIRA and Confluence. + Lead experimentation and testing of generative AI use cases that improve delivery transparency and operational performance. + Support Lenovo’s talent pipeline by mentoring or collaborating with fellow program participants and contributing to best practice documentation. Basic Qualifications + Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. + Demonstrated experience using JIRA and Confluence for software product lifecycle management. + Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot in the context of product management or AI agent development. + Familiarity with IT and software product management tools, along with an understanding of customer/supplier relationship dynamics. + Strong analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills. + Passion for emerging technologies, AI innovation, and continuous learning. Preferred Qualifications + Experience in agile product delivery or supporting SaaS software projects. + Exposure to generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, or DeepSeek for operational automation. + Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate complex business and technical concepts clearly.
