Description and Requirements Job Summary TheBusiness Analystwill be part of a small, high-performing team within Lenovo’sGlobal Services and Solutions Group (SSG), driving the transformation of business processes and execution of offering strategies for system services. This role focuses on translating strategic business goals into actionable process improvements and system enhancements across Lenovo’s enterprise hardware, software, and service solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, analytical problem solver who can bridge business needs with technology solutions. They will collaborate globally across business units, ensuring end-to-end operational alignment for Lenovo’s diverse customer segments and regions. Key Responsibilities: + Support business teams withdata-driven insightsby analyzing internal sales trends and market data. + Define and trackkey performance indicators (KPIs)to measure success and recommend improvement actions. + Conduct research and applymultidisciplinary statistical techniquesto enhance business understanding of markets and operations. + Developpredictive and prescriptive data modelsto inform strategic decisions. + Apply data-driven methodologies to improvecustomer journey efficiency. + Present findings and insights throughcompelling storytellingand clear visualizations to diverse audiences. + Collaborate with internal teams to deliver analytics, reporting, and implementdata/analytics-driven improvements. + Driveadoption of analytical toolsand promote a data-driven culture within technology business units. + Apply knowledge ofbusiness processesto identify issues, inefficiencies, and opportunities for transformation. + Manage the design and development ofcustomized reportsand dashboards using internal technical resources. + Participate inbusiness process mapping, system testing, end-user training, and change management initiatives. + SupportAgile release processes, collaborating with IT and functional teams to deploy enhancements effectively.
