As the Digital Technology (DT) Intern, you will be working within the Identity and Access Management Services team supporting various DT functional areas including service desk, application and development, clients and systems engineering, advanced analytics, and cybersecurity. This role will give you the opportunity to work side by side with DT professionals to learn and understand DT’s role, specifically Identity and Access Management in a fortune 500 company. This is a **year-round** internship starting in **May of 2026.** We are seeking a motivated student based in the Midwest, ideally located near our Global Headquarters in Oshkosh WI. YOUR IMPACT These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned. + Provide day-to-day support for Identity and Access Management services. + Follow established policy and procedures in support of internal customers. + Learn how to identify, analyze, and apply information technology business practices to support strategic business process and plans. + Participate as required to design, develop, test, and integrate technology. + Participate in the implementation of information technology and business processes. + Support, evaluate, and continuously improve information technology and business processes to maintain alignment with business plans. + Perform activities accordingly to project plans and schedule. + Develop effective communication skills through daily interaction with end user populations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS + Student working towards an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, or a related field. + General understanding of information technology and concepts. STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS + Internship experience in the Global DT field. + Exposure to Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, or other cloud services. + Customer Service or support experience. + Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above. + Experience with Office 365 suite of apps and tools. + Demonstrated excellence in customer service, verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to work independently while prioritizing workload. + Flexible and adaptable to work under deadlines and/or changing needs. + Detailed oriented and quality focused. + Analytical and problem-solving skills. We are better together. Pay Range: $18.00 - $37.00 The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
