    Job Description

    POSITION SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible for reading, interpreting, and responding to Guest comments and questions by letter or email. Some computer knowledge is required.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Monday - Friday 8-hour shifts (7am - 3:30pm)

    + Responding to Guest comments and questions by both letter and email

    + Occasional data entry

    + 10key experience a plus

    + Quiet on-site work environment

    + Will train for specific needs
