             Overview We are seeking a proactive and analytical Intelligent Automation Business Analyst to join our Intelligent Automation CoE. This role will act as a critical liaison between process owners and our automation delivery teams, working to translate complex business challenges into well-defined user stories and automation opportunities that leverage RPA, AI, ML, and other intelligent automation technologies. Responsibilities Business Engagement & Process Understanding + Engage with business process owners to understand their operational challenges and identify automation opportunities. + Conduct process assessments, pain point analysis, and feasibility studies for automation. + Facilitate discovery workshops and interviews to gather requirements and understand current workflows. Requirements & Solution Design + Translate business requirements into clear, structured user stories and acceptance criteria. + Work closely with solution architects and developers to propose scalable and maintainable automation solutions, including those leveraging AI (e.g., NLP, OCR, ML models). + Develop process design documents (PDDs), solution design documents (SDDs), user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts, and other technical documentation as needed. Project Collaboration & Delivery Support + Responsible for project management throughout the engagement with end user until automation launch + Collaborate with developers, QA testers, and CoE leaders throughout the solution lifecycle to ensure requirements are implemented accurately. + Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives). + Support change management, training, and communication with stakeholders. Governance & Standards + Ensure compliance with CoE standards, automation governance, and documentation protocols. + Maintain traceability of requirements and updates across solution iterations. Qualifications Required: + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or the equivalent. + 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within automation, digital transformation, or enterprise IT environments. + Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM). + Experience creating user stories and process documentation (PDDs, SDDs, BRDs). + Familiarity with automation technologies such as: + UiPath, Alteryx, Workato. + AI/ML/NLP/OCR: Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI, etc. + Other tools: Asana, Aha, JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart + Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: + Experience working in a CoE or similar cross-functional model. + Exposure to agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.). + Certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, UiPath Business Analyst, Lean Six Sigma, etc. Key Attributes: + Analytical mindset with a user-centric approach + Curious, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative + Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with evolving technology Success Measures: + Timely and accurate delivery of business requirements and design documentation + Business stakeholder satisfaction + Quality and scalability of automation solutions delivered + Reusability and adherence to CoE best practices Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
