Job Description
An Insight Global customer is looking to hire a Facilities Manager for a new 24/7 manufacturing plant in the eastern United States. This person will oversee a team of 5-6 facilities team members and be in charge of overseeing, maintenance and repair of both hard facilities such as electrical systems, water supply/plumbing, compressed air, HVAC systems and soft facilities services such as janitorial, food service, etc. This person will also be in charge of project management for the facility including vendor coordination for tool installation, industrial services and working with outside contractors during both plant ramp up and sustainment phases. Part of the role will require this individual to oversee an operating budget in the $10+ million range. We can offer a salary between $97,500 and $139,000 for this role, but exact compensation may vary based on education and experience.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in an engineering or science discipline is strongly preferred.
At least 5 years of experience installing, troubleshooting and repairing industrial facilities such as HVAC, water supply, electrical and compressed air systems.
At least 5 years of experience in leadership the construction, industrial or manufacturing industries and ideally in a 24/7 operation.
Project Management experience including tool install, large industrial maintenance projects, or manufacturing install/repair/construction projects.
Vendor management experience - past experience working with contractors to supply soft services such as janitorial, café/food service and hard systems such as system/equipment repair, etc. PMP Certification
