Job Description

Migrating from Java (v3) to .NET 8 Blazor (v4)

AST v4 is a full rebuild of the internal Account Support Tool, replacing the legacy Java-based v3 with a modern .NET 8 Blazor Server app. This tool supports the internal support team as they assist patients with account access issues, including:

• Password resets & account unlocks

• Okta MFA removal

• Fixing incorrect or mislinked patient records

• Managing proxy (family) access The new platform will prioritize modular architecture, security, and performance—enabling faster workflows, easier support, and future extensibility.
