Job Description

The Cybersecurity organization’s Web Application Firewall team is seeking skilled cybersecurity engineers to help address a backlog of external customer tickets concerning firewall policy change requests.

Skills and Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an Cybersecurity Engineer

• Understanding of firewall policies and security protocols

• Experience working with Service Now ticketing system

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, cybersecurity or equivalent

• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks to complete within established time frames

• Ability to learn and adapt to new or evolving technologies

• Possessing technical security certifications is a strong asset

• Ability to write and edit formal-technical documentation

• Strong written and verbal communication
