    Schedule:** **PRN / Per Diem; As needed shifts for coverage

     

    Shift: 12 hour shifts - Day or Night scheduling option available, w/weekend and holiday rotations

     

    The community you'll be caring for:** **UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Regional Support - Will provide coverage for all 4 hospital sites as assigned (Bolingbrook, Hinsdale, Glen Oaks and La Grange)

    The role you'll contribute:

    Performs basic and advanced validated clinical and non-clinical patient care activities as delegated by supervising nurse in assigned area

    The value you'll bring to the team:

    Aids with movement and placement of patients.

     

    Assists patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living.

     

    Reports findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff. Documents necessary records.

    Keeps patient rooms clean, orderly, and maintains medical equipment

    ********Staffing Commitment Options:

     

    PCT Float RRO Level 1: $30.00/HR

     

    Commitment: 48 hours per pay period

     

    Work every other weekend

     

    Work one designated summer and winter holiday

    OR

    PCT Float RRO Level 2: $34.00/HR

     

    Commitment: 72 hours per pay period

     

    Work every other weekend

     

    Work one designated summer and winter holiday

    Qualifications

    The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

    + High school diploma or GED required.

    + **At least 1 or more years of current direct patient care experience as a CNA and/or PCT needed**

    LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:

    Certified Patient Care Technician/Assistant (CPCT/A) [Required] OR Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) [Required]
