**Schedule:** Full Time Mon - Fri 8a-5p, Hybrid after training is complete (work from home 3 days/week) on call 3-6 days/month.

The role you'll contribute:

Responsible for providing individualized care to patients that are seeking or have already received an organ transplant. This position coordinates patient care through all phases of transplantation, including pre-operative, peri-operative, and postoperative care and follow-up.

+ Coordinates pre-transplant evaluations and assessments.

+ Manages the transplant waiting list and patient status updates.

+ Facilitates communication between patients, families, and the transplant team.

+ Organizes and schedules transplant surgeries and related procedures.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed** **:

+ 1 year of transplant, critical care [Required]

+ Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]

+ Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]

+ Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
