    Description

    Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled **CNC Machinists** for projects located in and around **Easton, PA** . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of up to **$35/hour** based on experience & skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Production set up

    + Operate and monitor CNC milling machines to produce aerospace/defense components

    + Load raw material, install tooling, and perform offsets and adjustments as needed

    + Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and work instructions

    + Perform in process inspections using calipers micrometers and precision measuring tools to verify part quality

    + Work with the engineering team to ensure proper execution of machining programs gcode cam outputs

    + Maintain accurate production records traveler documentation and quality checks per company and contract requirements

    + Support continuous improvement efforts on machining processes tooling selection and machine efficiency

    + Other tasks as assigned

    Requirements:

    + 2 years of experience operating cnc milling machines haas doosan or similar

    + Ability to set up and adjust tooling fixtures and work offsets independently

    + Strong blueprint reading and gdt interpretation skills
