PDS Tech is looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team! If you have light welding or machine maintenance experience — or the drive to learn — we want to hear from you! (Experience is _preferred_ but not required.)

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate machinery such as lathes, drills, grinders, presses, and welding equipment to fabricate metal components.

+ Monitor production processes and make adjustments to ensure top quality and efficiency.

+ Perform quality checks and corrective actions to meet company standards.

+ Load/unload raw materials and finished goods.

+ Assemble metal components per blueprints or instructions, including grinding, polishing, or painting.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

+ Collaborate with your team and supervisors to meet production goals.

+ Follow all company safety procedures and always wear required PPE.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Manufacturing or metal fabrication experience preferred.

+ Basic understanding of blueprints and schematics is a plus.

+ Light welding experience is highly desirable.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

+ Team player with great communication skills.

+ Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime when needed.

+ Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking.

Physical Requirements:

+ Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (occasionally up to 75 lbs. with help).

+ Stand and walk for 8–12 hour shifts.

+ Perform frequent bending, squatting, and reaching.

+ Comfortable working in environments with noise, vibration, or temperature changes.

+ Must wear PPE (steel-toe boots, gloves, safety glasses, etc.) at all times.

**Pay Details:** $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
