What You'll Do:

As a Business Team Member, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of the clinic by providing outstanding communication and customer service to our patients. You will support both patients and the dental team by performing front office responsibilities with professionalism and care.

+ Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone.

+ Schedule and confirm patient appointments.

+ Verify insurance coverage and benefits.

+ Post patient and insurance payments accurately.

+ Review treatment plans with patients and provide clear communication regarding next steps.

+ Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.

What We're Looking For:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Previous dental experience preferred

+ Leadership and multitasking abilities

+ Team player with a positive attitude

+ Professional written and verbal communication skills

+ High level of customer service skills

+ Superior attention to detail

Patient Care Hours:

Monday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Tuesday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Wednesday 7:00am to 4:00pm

Thursday 7:00am to 4:00pm
