    Position Summary

    The In-Field Account Manager is responsible for overseeing two large customer accounts located in Bloomington and Columbus. This role is focused on relationship management, merchandising oversight, and ensuring client satisfaction through consistent on-site visits, service audits, and communication.

    Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.

    • Meet regularly with clients to review service goals, identify needs, and ensure expectations are exceeded.

    • Conduct weekly market and RFS (Retail Food Service) inspections to verify compliance with company standards.

    • Ensure planograms, pricing, and promotional initiatives are in place and accurately executed.

    • Perform light hands-on support such as stocking, rotating products, or cleaning as needed to assist merchandisers.

    • Report weekly to the VPRO on account status, opportunities for improvement, and action plans.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in account management, field operations, or customer relations preferred

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to travel between Bloomington and Columbus accounts weekly

    • Valid driver’s license required

    • Ability to perform light physical tasks such as stocking or merchandising when necessary
