MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
This role will support the marketing team reach margin, sales and market share objectives thru the implementation of different Marketing Activities. Will have ownership of the development and availability of promotional material intended for all consumer events aligned to the Brand strategy. This role coordinates of all DTC and Trade events which includes budget negotiation with vendors to execute, invoices and requisitions. This role manages specific projects that support the business like; pricing, insights/Market research support, among others. As well as support in our webpages and digital platform updates.

What You'll Do
• Execute and manage consumer engagement initiatives, including event planning, sponsorship negotiations, and brand-aligned material development across all brands.
• Optimize and manage marketing event budget, including samples, requisition approvals, and invoice management, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
• Execute marketing programs tailored to consumer insights, providing logistic support to the retail sales force and collaborating closely with Product Managers in Puerto Rico and Caribbean markets.
• Execute performance tracking and event analysis, using KPIs to inform results and maximize ROI.
• Support competitive intelligence and market analysis, translating insights, data entry and creation of reports that turn into actionable strategies to maintain brand competitiveness.
• Serve as the liaison with external agencies, guiding the development of creative assets and promotional materials for events to ensure brand consistency and strategy as established by each product manager.
• Manage pricing updates, including promotional pricing, adjustments, and data integrity across systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
HS Diploma is required with Minimum 2 years in Marketing/Advertising/Digital. Progressively responsible for event coordination experience in either health care/OTC marketing, or consumer packaged goods marketing, or a combination of the two and budget management.
Demonstrated leadership ability and success in project management.
Capable of successfully managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills, including business and financial analysis, with the skills to develop and defend an empirically based recommendation and tell a concise story using complex data.
Advanced level PC skills to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong written and oral communication skills (Spanish and English) and presentation with the ability to clearly, concisely, and confidently articulate strategies to a diverse audience of peers, senior leadership, and external partners. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to attain business objectives.

The base pay for this position is $15.67 – $31.33 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
