We’re seeking someone with a passion for senior living and the drive to make an impact. You’ll help shape the future of our communities by finding, attracting, and hiring top talent — from compassionate caregivers to dynamic community leaders.

What You’ll Do: 🌟 Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft creative recruitment strategies 💬 Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both high-volume community roles and leadership positions 💻 Source, screen, and coordinate interviews — all while delivering an exceptional candidate experience 📈 Collaborate with the HR and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and strong retention 🎉 Represent Allegro Living’s fun, caring, and service-driven culture in everything you do

What You Bring: ✔️ Prior recruitment experience in senior living (assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing required) ✔️ Proven success in high-volume and leadership-level recruiting ✔️ Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills ✔️ A self-starter attitude and comfort working fully remote in a fast-paced environment ✔️ A heart for seniors and a genuine belief that great people make great communities
