    Job Description

    Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking Bob's Steak & Chop House | FT Bartender for the beautiful new Barton Creek Resort & Spa!

    Bob's Steak & Chop House offers competitive rates, growth opportunities, health insurance and is open for dinner only, closed on Sundays,closedmost major holidaysandfree parking.

    Responsibilities

    + Mix drinks for servers according to standard recipes.

    + Familiarity with the wine list and the stemware and appropriate garnishes used.

    + Follow procedures as outlined in employee manual and bartenders manual. Jigger pour, making drinks for servers only when rung in on Micros.

    + Keep bar stocked and clean. Follow sidework sheet.

    + Monitor inventory.

    + Ensure the consistency in the presentation and recipes of all cocktails

    + Be familiar with and enforce all policies related to liquor liability laws.

    + Be familiar with all property amenities and other restaurants.

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Must have at least two years bartending experience.

    + Must have an extensive wine and spirits knowledge.

    + Must have one-year of an upscale restaurant experience.

    + Must have excellent communication skills.

    + Must have a valid TABC and Food Handlers Certification.
