    Responsibilities for an Assembler include but are not limited to:

    + Assemble connector components according to detailed specifications and work instructions.

    + Read and interpret assembly diagrams and part lists to ensure accuracy and quality.

    + Use hand tools and small equipment to fit, fasten, and secure parts efficiently.

    + Inspect completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area to support productivity and safety. **Candidates for Assembler must meet the following requirements to be considered:**

    + **High School Diploma or GED** required.

    + Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and work orders accurately.

    + Strong **attention to detail** , manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination.

    + Comfortable using **hand tools** and **basic power tools** for assembly tasks.

    + Ability to work efficiently in a **fast-paced, team-oriented environment** . **What’s in this Assembler position for you?**

    + **Pay:** $17–$19 per hour (based on experience)

    + **Shift:** 1st Shift, 6:00am–4:00pm (Monday–Thursday, overtime possible on Fridays)

    **Pay Details:** $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
