Description We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Paralegal to join our team in Wilmington, North Carolina. As part of a boutique law firm specializing in personal injury cases, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional legal support and ensuring successful outcomes for our clients. Responsibilities:

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery materials, correspondence, and other necessary filings.

• Manage case files throughout their lifecycle, from initial intake to trial proceedings.

• Organize and summarize medical records, bills, and other essential documents for case preparation.

• Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, and other materials to support litigation efforts.

• Coordinate schedules and maintain communication with clients, witnesses, and expert consultants.

• Conduct thorough legal and factual research to support case strategy and development.

• Provide general administrative and clerical assistance to ensure smooth office operations. Requirements • Hold a Paralegal degree or certification from the North Carolina State Bar.

• Possess at least 10 years of experience in personal injury law within North Carolina.

• Demonstrate proficiency in software tools such as Adobe Pro, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and WebEx.

• Be skilled in legal-specific applications, including case management software, Lexis Nexis, and E-courts filing systems.

• Exhibit outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Work effectively both independently and in team settings, managing multiple priorities with precision.

• Approach challenges with initiative, professionalism, and attention to detail.
